Military Service

Thank you for your service and sacrifice!

Are you experiencing combat related injuries? Trying you adjust to returning to civilian life? Thinking you don't know where to belong? Relationships having trouble?

When you were in country, you had a job to do, and you did it well. Between dealing with extreme stress and being away from loved ones for long periods of time, you are a different person.

I want to help you to find ways to grow from these experiences. Whether you are experiencing symptoms of PTSD, grief and loss, or having difficulty taking off that uniform, counseling can help. There is life after the military, allow me to help you find your way.

Physical Health Conditions

People have to cope with a lot of things in life however, when you also have to cope with a serious illness, it can be so much more challenging. The reality is that once anyone is in a high level of pain or discomfort, feeling depressed and anxious can seem unavoidable. We will work together with your physicians to help you get your life back on track.
Autoimmune Diseases: learn how to better monitor your symptoms and triggers to reduce flares.
Cancer Care: learn how to maintain hope and motivation while going through chemotherapy, radiation or surgery treatments.
Diabetes Management: learn new techniques to manage stress so you can put your blood sugars in balance.

Marriage/Couple Counseling

To be able to share anything with your spouse/partner should be guaranteed. However, when your relationship is not going well, it may be not the safe haven you expect.

Sometimes, it is a matter of rebuilding communication and commitment to improve the relationship.

Sometimes, it is a matter of finding ways to part amicably for the sake of the friendship and family.

Therapy can help couples grow together through the years, unite blended families, or assist separated/divorced parents in co-parenting.

The goal is not to take sides, it's to help everyone reach a more peaceful resolution.
