Experience of Over Twenty Years
Employed at an inpatient psychiatric treatment center, two outpatient chemical dependency centers, outreach services program for military personnel, and an outpatient community mental health clinic.
In September, 2011, I opened my Private Practice. I love what I do for a living. Having the opportunity to work with so many amazing people is a dream come true.
Skills and Techniques
Primarily, I utilize the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model however, I am also trained in Solution-Focused Therapy and Reality/Choice Therapy.
I believe that it is best to explore a combination of strategies that are designed for my clients through an individualized tailored approach.
